RENDERED SHOPHOUSE
Okay this should be under cadp but i am quite proud with the rendered shophouse that i did in three freaking days!!though is not as nice as others but looking at my skill in 3d viz,i ought to get a pat on my back!

PROCESS

The process was a bit hard.i mean i had to change certain things everytime i consult kelly.after talking to him,there is a need to change and improve my design.sometimes though,i don't follow every single thing that kelly suggested cause i think i should be the one deciding.i also learnt that only through this processes,i can finally come up with something that i am satisfy with and apt to my client.

Who is Marc Jacobs? My client for the shophouse is Marc and understanding him is difficult.finding what his truly unique character and aspect of his clothes is tough.i went over this with Kelly and he helped me along the way.after talking to Kelly,i went back and looked at his clothes,trying to figure what his clothes speak of.i know is simplicity but there are other designers work with that aspect too.after a while,i found it. MARC JACOBS'S CLOTHES IS ABOUT YOUTHNESS AND SIMPLICITY.

The last term of the year started with photography.i like photography and i understand the importance of it.but i really wished the lectures were more fun.the theory part was boring honestly.i know i should pay attention.anyway,we went to little india and here are the three shots that i took which is the best to me.

LABYRINTH

can i say i hate labyrinth too?haha.i was quite confused with this project and with the amount of time we're given,i just did everything according my intuition.well obviously it didn't turned out right.i didn't really plan.i work on it with whatever that comes to my mind.anyway,i also learned that i had a problem with workmanship and i know i need to do something about it sooner or later.

this ONTOGRAPHY and i have no interest in doing this because i simply can't do it.i think all the time and not thinking while drawing? is impossible for me cause i am a thinker.i think all the time.however,i am quite impressed with some of the people's outcome in ontography.is amazing but sadly i can't be like them.

DRAWING CLASS

I kinda miss drawing class.maybe we could have it once in a while.(read:once)i don't know whether my drawings have improved.i think if you were to ask me to draw again,i will get awkward cause i have not been drawing and i know i should.also,i don't know if it's possible for any designers not to know how to draw.so yeah.

REMEMBER RUSSIAN DOLL?

to be honest,i don't really like russian doll.because i can't see the link between interior design but of course,i learned that we need to explore other aspects in design,not only interior design.i am not good in art,seriously so i am quite lacking of ideas and creativitiness in this project. by the way,a lecturer said my russian doll looked like a prototype.right..thanks.hahha.

hahha,when i looked back,is cute.to me though.maybe not to others.

WEEK 2 & 3

WIRE SCULPTURE-WEEK 3

week 3 has been a hectic week for everyone of us.It was the submission of ping pong balls,which had taken its toll on everyone. i'm so over the ping pong balls.No more of that Kelly.


Alright i'm done with my wire sculpture.This is another toughest thing that i had to do.the sphere was the toughest.Kelly if you notice,my fingers are red.No more of that.Haha,sounds like a complain document than a design document.What i learnt was that,by doing the sculpture,there are many views that we can see from it.I didn't change the scale or size of the wire sculpture,maybe except the sphere.

MONDAY-WEEK 3

In the morning did the portrait on a piece of arcyllic sheet. i did ruifen and this is the best activity that I've done.
In the afternoon,did the wire dimension.i gave up halfway but i got home and preserved myself to do it.



PING PONG BALL ASSIGNMENT

THE SUBMISSION-WEEK 3

40 ping pong balls.20 ppb from 5 different themes and another 5 of our own themes.i chose actions,weather,food,lines and places.from the previous drawings that you see,i had it literally transfer to the ppb. so it aint easy.

The task,chose four emotions that described you the best.My four emotions are Blissful,Blessed,Annoyed and Worryness.With these four emtions,you have to express it throught patterns,colours,faces,objects,icons and texture.

MONDAY-WEEK 2

In the morning,we learnt about shading.i am still learning bout shading and i hoped to shade very finely one day. the task was to draw a fruit/vegetable that we brought. 9 views and 2 cross section. I have to say this. Finding different views to draw is pretty difficult but i learnt that you had to turn around the vegetable,in this case i chose CHILLI and expand your mind,the way you see it. I did attempt doing the shadowing of the object.
